The artwork for the murals was commissioned by artists Gabriel Alcala, Nadia Ayari, Ann Craven, Brianne Garcia, Katie Stout, Raul de Nieves, and Nicole Wittenberg.

Gabriel Alcala uses vibrant colors to create a unique and cheery ecosystem that includes fauna, flora, the mangrove, dolphins, and alligators. Nadia Ayari called her mural "Waves." The mural features delicate pink flowers with an orange, tropical background. Ann Craven creates spectacular images of the moon based on its cycle. The painting of the moon she created for the complex was inspired by a lunar eclipse she viewed from her home. Brianne Garcia's brilliantly colored images depict the plants found on the coastline of Florida. Katie Stout uses delicate pastels and deep blues and reds to create a South Florida interior garden landscape on the central courtyard wall of Amli Wynwood. Raul de Nieves specializes in Mexican folklore and designed four brightly colored stained glass windows for the project. Nicole Wittenberg created a massive tropical sunset mural for the side of the complex which dazzles residents.
